½ frozen banana (to freeze bananas you will peel, place in zip loc bag, lie flat to freeze and add to freezer)
1 cup almond mylk
1 TBSP Vegan chocolate chips or I like the Lakanto ones which are keto friendly
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup frozen raspberries
2 TBSP instant oats uncooked - gluten free and organic if possible
Combine all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth and creamy. Taste it and add more vanilla or sweetener if needed.
